About the instructors:
Zumba Instructor: Amber Hayes
Amber is local Kootenay Fitness Instructor living in Rossland BC and holds both a BCPRA fitness group leadership certificate as well as being a Zumba Certfied Instructor.
I am a fitness instructor in Rossland, British Columbia.
Previously I taught Step Aerobics before my love for Latin Dance led me to Zumba.
I now teach Stretch and Strength classes and my absolute favorite morning and evening sessions of Zumba!
The music, fun and energy of these classes just can't be beat. My participants smiles and the awesome rhythms of the music literally make my day.
My classes have an awesome variety of attendees ranging from 20-70 years in age and they all have a super time dancing up a storm!
When I am not dancing I can be found in the winter on the slopes of Red Resort skiing and of course also working on my different technology contracts ;)

Passes 10 classes $60 or $7 drop in

Ory instructs Cuban Salsa Casino Dance Classes at Level 1 and beyond. Ory moved to the Kootenays from Cuba and has a great enthusiasm to share this wonderful dance style with the community. His ability to move students from basics steps in the beginners sessions to the more complicated turns and sequences in the advanced classes with confidence ensures everyone has fun.
Classes can be customized and students will be guaranteed to learn the flow of the dance sequence and have fun throughout.
